Dr John Mason Qualified from the University of Manchester in 1988 and after training in various hospitals in the North West gained a CCST in Gastroenterology and General Internal Medicine in 1999. He has been a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Trafford General Hospital since 2001.
His clinics cover all areas of Gastroenterology and Liver Disease, with a special interest in endoscopy and Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
Dr Mason has a keen interest in weight loss and has been inserting gastric balloons since 2006, making him highly experienced in various types of gastric balloons including the Elipse Balloon.
